  • Blood count and metabolic22
  • Lipids with ApoB and Lp(a)9
  • Glucose control3
  • Inflammation1
  • Thyroid3
  • Vitamins and iron3
  • Hormones8
  • Advanced lipids4
  1. 1

Hormone therapy is prescribed only if a physician finds it appropriate after labs, your history and an exam. Many members never start it.

  2. 2

Results come back with a physician’s notes, not a score or an age.

  3. 3

A membership is not insurance. HSA and FSA rules vary; ask your plan administrator.

Educational information only, not medical advice. Membership starts with an evaluation by a licensed physician; testing and any treatment depend on that evaluation. No outcome is promised. Prices and lab values shown are demo samples for a fictional clinic.

How a year runs

Measured, read, then decided.

  1. Week 0

    An introduction call

Thirty minutes to see whether we are the right fit. No health details on the website; those come through our secure intake after you join.

  2. Week 1

    The first draw

Fasting, before 9 a.m., in our office. About fifteen minutes.

  3. Week 3

    An hour with a physician

Every number explained in context, and the few that matter most for you.

  4. Week 4

    A written plan

Three to five changes, the reasons for each, and when we will measure again.

  5. Week 52

    The year, side by side

Every draw on one page, and the plan for the next year.

Hormone care

Hormones, plainly.

For men and women. Therapy is one possible outcome of an evaluation, not the reason for it.

What we measure first
A full hormone panel, drawn in the morning, twice before any decision.
Who decides
A physician, after labs, your history and an exam. You, after hearing the risks and the alternatives.
How it is followed
A follow-up draw six weeks after any new prescription, then every quarter.
What we will not do
Prescribe from a questionnaire, promise how you will feel, or keep you on therapy that is not helping.

What a review looks like

A reference band, a mark and a sentence.

This is how results are drawn in a Corvane report. The values here are invented for the demo and describe no one.

LIPIDSDEMO VALUESApoBLDLHDLLp(a)
The physician’s sentence would go here: what this means for you, and what we would watch.
GLUCOSE CONTROLDEMO VALUESFasting glucoseHbA1cFasting insulin
Bands are the lab’s reference ranges; the mark is a single demo reading.

Demo values for illustration only. Not medical advice and not a person’s results.

Who reads your labs

Four people, and you know all of them.

  • Dr. Adrian Kole

    Medical director, internal medicine

Reads every first panel and leads the physician reviews.

  • Dr. Mireya Santos

    Physician, hormone care

Hormone evaluations for men and women; consults in English and Spanish.

  • Theo Barrows

    Performance coach

Monthly check-ins on sleep, training and the plan.

  • Lena Ostrowski

    Member services

Books draws before 9 a.m. and moves them when your travel changes.

The people named here are fictional, written for this demo.

A sample review, written for this fictional clinic

The review was an hour with a physician who had actually read my labs. I left with three things to do, not thirty.

Questions

Before the call.

Membership2

What does a membership include?

Lab draws in our office, an hour with a physician after each one, a written plan and, in Executive, monthly coaching. The builder on the home page shows the exact calendar for each tier.

Is this a replacement for my primary care doctor?

No. We work alongside your primary care physician and can send them your results with your permission.

Hormone care1

Will I be put on hormones?

Only if a physician finds it appropriate after labs, your history and an exam, and you agree. Many members never start therapy.

Money and privacy2

Does insurance cover it?

Memberships are not insurance and are usually paid directly. HSA and FSA rules vary; ask your plan administrator.

Should I send health details through the website?

No. The website only books an introduction call. Health information is collected through our secure patient intake after you join.

Thirty minutes to see if we fit.
