Pressed concrete pilings

Stacked cylinders pressed under the beam with the weight of the house.

    Elevation survey

    We read the slab at points across every room and draw the result.

  2. 02

    Engineer review

    An independent structural engineer reviews the survey and signs the repair plan.

  3. 03

    Permit

    Where your city requires one, we pull it.

  4. 04

    Install and lift

    Piers set, the slab lifted in steps while we read it, then shimmed.

  5. 05

    Plumbing test

    When interior piers are set, a licensed plumber tests the drain lines.

  6. 06

    Post-lift survey

    The same points read again and drawn, before and after on one sheet.

Questions about repair

01Do I need an engineer?

We recommend an independent structural engineer for every repair, and most buyers, lenders and cities expect a signed letter. We coordinate it.

02We are buying a house in its option period. Can you survey fast?

Yes. Tell us the option deadline on the request and we schedule the survey to fit it.

03Will the cracks close?

Some do as the slab is lifted; some need patching after. We mark which is which on the survey before we start.

04What about the warranty?

The owner of this site sets their real warranty terms here. In this demo they are not stated.
