The backyard plan

Lay out the yard. See the pool, the price and the day you swim.

Choose the pool, add the spa, cabana and kitchen, and decide whether it all happens at once. The plan redraws and the calendar counts the weeks.

Sample reviews written for this fictional company

  • The plan showed the cabana roof against the view from our kitchen. We moved it four feet on paper instead of after it was framed.

The Okafors · Southlake 76092 · Pool, spa, cabana

  • They told us the gunite needed its cure time and built the schedule around it, so the swim date they gave us in January was the date.

    Diane · Keller 76248 · Lap pool

  • Splitting it into two phases let us swim that summer and build the kitchen the next spring without tearing anything up.

Ramón · Colleyville 76034 · Pool now, kitchen next season

Before you start

When should we start to swim by summer?

For a pool and spa, start design in winter. Permits and the gunite cure set the pace; the plan above shows a sample start and swim date.

Can we build in phases?

Yes. We plan the plumbing, gas and electrical for the outdoor kitchen and cabana during the pool build, so phase two does not tear up phase one.

Do you handle the HOA?

We prepare the drawings and the submittal; you sign it. Most boards approve faster with a scaled plan.

How are payments scheduled?

The owner of this site sets their real draw schedule here; in this demo, payments are tied to finished milestones, never paid ahead of work.

We walk the yard with you and come back with a drawn plan.

About an hour at the house. The plan, the section and a priced scope follow.
