Many families build the pool first and the cabana, kitchen or pergola a season later. It spreads the cost and gets everyone swimming sooner.
What has to happen in phase one
Gas, water, drain and electrical lines to where the kitchen and cabana will stand, capped and drawn on the plan. Footings for a future pergola, if it attaches to the deck.
What can wait
Everything above grade. The plan keeps the access route open so phase two does not cross the new deck with heavy equipment.
