About
Low-slope roofs only. On paper first.
A-1
Corbel is a commercial roofing contractor working from one office in the Great Southwest district. We work on low-slope roofs only: warehouses, retail, offices, medical and schools.
Every job starts on paper: a marked roof plan and a written scope. The same sheet goes to the owner, the GC, the crew and the manufacturer.
Crews and coordinators speak English and Spanish.
Who you will talk to
- Estimator
- Walks the roof, runs the survey, writes the scope and the bid.
- Project manager
- Owns submittals, the schedule and the tenant notices.
- Foreman
- On the roof every day, with a daily dry-in and photo log.
- Service coordinator
- Answers the roof line and dispatches leak calls.
04 / Details
The roof is only as good as its edges.
- 01
Most leaks start at an edge, a curb or a drain
The field of the membrane rarely fails first. Where it turns up a wall, wraps a unit or drops into a drain is where we spend the time.
- 02
Drawn before it is built
Edges, curbs and drains are detailed on the bid and the submittals, so the crew, the GC and the manufacturer read the same drawing.
- 03
Water goes somewhere on purpose
Tapered insulation and crickets move water to drains and scuppers; nothing is left to sit.
