01What do you need to bid?

Roof plans and the roofing spec section, the bid date, and any addenda. If there is no spec, we write a scope against the drawings and say what we assumed.

02Can you send prequalification paperwork?

Tell us what your prequal form asks for in the bid request. The owner of this site lists their real documents here.

03Do you handle the manufacturer warranty inspection?

We schedule it with the manufacturer at the end of the job and fix any punch items before the inspector leaves.

04How do you work around tenants?

Phased by section, with a daily dry-in so nothing is left open overnight, and notice to tenants before noisy work.
