Restoration

A coating is for a dry roof. We check first.

Ponding

A coating does not fix ponding. Slope does.

Before any restoration, drains are reset and crickets added where water stands two days after rain.

The restoration sequence

  1. 01

    Survey

    Infrared and cores. Wet areas are cut out and replaced first.

  2. 02

    Clean

    Power wash and let it dry fully.

  3. 03

    Repair

    Seams, flashings and curbs reinforced.

  4. 04

    Correct ponding

    Crickets and drain work where water stands.

  5. 05

    Coat

    Silicone in two coats, measured for thickness as we go.
