Events
Eight nights, drawn the way we produced them.
01 · Fort Worth · October
Ana & Theo
A downtown rooftop · 140 guests
A north wind at 4 p.m. We moved the ceremony chairs twelve feet behind the parapet and nobody’s veil left the roof.
02 · Waxahachie · May
Lucía & Marcus
A ranch with a chapel · 210 guests
Mass at 6:30, mariachi on the porch, sunset portraits during dinner. Two languages on every sign.
03 · Grapevine · March
Priya & Sam
A hotel ballroom by the lake · 260 guests
Two ceremonies in one day and a forty-minute outfit change. The Day Sheet had 61 rows.
04 · Grand Prairie · June
Valeria · XV
A ballroom after Misa at her parish · 320 guests
A built entrance arch, a white floor and a court of fourteen. The vals started at 6:10 and the hora loca at 10:55, both on the sheet.
05 · McKinney · September
June & Wes
A barn north of the square · 90 guests
A 10 p.m. end time. We started the ceremony at six and still gave them two hours of dancing.
06 · Dallas · December
Dana & Ellis
An art loft · 120 guests
Sunset at 5:25, so portraits came before the ceremony, and the party ran to midnight.
07 · Fort Worth · October
Ximena · XV
A ranch hall west of town · 240 guests
Mariachi for the entrance, a DJ for the rest, one sound plan. The last doll was presented under a single pin-spot.
08 · Fort Worth · April
Rosa & Ben
A church, then a garden · 160 guests
Ceremony downtown, reception west of town. The shuttle left at 5:40 and the bar opened at 5:45.
Fictional events, drawn for this demo. A planner’s own photos drop in beside each one.
